Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of our brand in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining the visibility, freshness, and availability of Coca-Cola beverage products across a variety of store formats, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our products are presented according to company merchandising standards, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations along an assigned route, working independently to manage inventory and product placement. Your day typically involves unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness and organizing backroom inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration. You will work closely with store managers to communicate inventory needs, ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked, and adhere to Coca-Cola’s specific merchandising guidelines. You will also be expected to follow company safety procedures and route schedules while managing your time effectively across multiple locations.
