Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the vital link between the brand and its consumers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently and professionally presented in retail environments, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations. Your work directly impacts brand visibility and customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of product availability and display quality.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations along an assigned route, working independently and collaboratively with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels. Your day-to-day activities involve unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that attract shoppers. You will also be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, organizing backroom inventory, and tracking inventory levels, and communicating with store managers to address any immediate needs. This position requires you to adhere strictly to company safety procedures and route schedules while working autonomously manage your assigned route to ensure all locations are fully stocked and compliant with Coca-Cola merchandising standards.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities, including overtime pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.
