Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of our brand in retail environments. This role is essential for ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently displayed, fully stocked, and fresh for customers across grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations on an assigned route, working independently to maintain high standards of product presentation. You will collaborate with store managers to manage inventory levels, ensuring that shelves and coolers remain fully stocked and that promotional displays are executed according to company guidelines.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with unloading product from delivery trucks and organizing backroom inventory. You will then move through your assigned stores to stock shelves, fill coolers, and build engaging product displays. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts. Throughout the day, you will communicate with store management to address any needs and maintain strict adherence to Coca-Cola’s merchandising standards and safety procedures.
