Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the visible face of the brand in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining the presence and appeal of Coca-Cola beverage products across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations. The position exists to ensure that products are not only available but also presented in a way that drives sales and enhances the customer experience.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations along an assigned route, working independently to manage inventory and display standards. Your day-to-day involves unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness and organizing backroom inventory. A key part of the role is collaborating with store managers to maintain inventory levels and ensure that shelves and displays remain fully stocked and that Coca-Cola products are displayed according to company merchandising standards.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.
