Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the visible face of the brand in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining the presence and appeal of Coca-Cola beverage products across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations. The position exists to ensure that products are not only available to customers but are presented in a manner that aligns with company merchandising standards, safety, and freshness protocols.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will operate independently on an assigned route, traveling to multiple store locations to manage inventory and display execution. Your day-to-day involves a mix of physical stocking and strategic organization. You will be responsible for unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that attract customer attention. A key part of the role is maintaining product freshness by rotating stock and organizing backroom inventory to ensure efficient restocking.

Collaboration is central to this position. You will work directly with store managers to monitor inventory levels, communicate needs, and ensure that shelves and displays remain fully stocked according to company standards. You are expected to follow company safety procedures and adhere to route schedules while working autonomously. This role offers opportunities for growth, with potential advancement into Route Sales Representative or Account Manager positions, and provides a competitive hourly rate with additional compensation through overtime, mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.
