About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated to maintaining high standards of product availability and presentation across retail environments. As a Sales Merchandiser, you play a vital role in ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are fresh, fully stocked, and visually appealing to customers in grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations.

Day in the Life

You will travel to multiple store locations along an assigned route, working independently to manage inventory and display standards. Your day involves unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays. You will also organize backroom inventory, rotate products to ensure freshness, and track inventory levels.

A key part of your role is collaborating with store managers to maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked. You will communicate regularly with store management to address needs and ensure Coca-Cola products are properly displayed according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Independence

This position requires you to follow company safety procedures and adhere to route schedules while working independently. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the brand through consistent execution of merchandising guidelines.

Compensation

This position typically pays $18 to $24 per hour.00 to $24.00 per hour. Compensation may include overtime pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses depending on location and route.
