Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to represent the brand on the ground, ensuring that beverage products are visible, fresh, and perfectly presented in retail environments. This role is essential to maintaining the company's presence in grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box stores, and big box locations, serving as the direct link between the brand and the consumer through effective merchandising and inventory management.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will operate independently on an assigned route, traveling to multiple store locations to execute daily tasks. Your day involves unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that adhere to strict company standards. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, organizing backroom inventory, and tracking inventory levels and communicating regularly with store managers to maintain optimal stock levels. This position requires working with store management to ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked and maintaining Coca-Cola merchandising standards at all times.

Employees must follow company safety procedures and route schedules while working independently. The role offers opportunities for growth, with potential advancement into Route Sales Representative or Account Manager roles.
