Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of our brand in retail environments. This role is essential for ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently displayed, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards of freshness and presentation across grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations on an assigned route, working independently to manage inventory and collaborate with store managers. Your primary mission is to maintain inventory levels and ensure that shelves and displays remain fully stocked, providing a seamless and appealing shopping experience for customers.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a variety of hands-on tasks designed to keep our products visible and available. You will be responsible for unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that capture customer attention. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and organizing backroom inventory to optimize space and efficiency.

Throughout your route, you will track inventory levels and communicate regularly with store managers to address any needs or concerns. You will also ensure that all Coca-Cola products are properly displayed according to company merchandising standards, adhering to strict safety procedures and route schedules while working independently.
