Job Description
Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of the brand in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining the visibility, freshness, and availability of Coca-Cola beverage products across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations.
As a Sales Merchandiser, you will travel to multiple store locations along an assigned route, working independently to ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and compliant with company standards. You will collaborate directly with store managers to manage inventory levels and maintain strong professional relationships within the retail partner locations.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities including overtime pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses. Performance bonuses may be available based on sales volume, display execution, and store performance metrics, and opportunities for advancement into roles such as Route Sales Representative or Account Manager.
