Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the vital link between the brand and consumers, ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently and professionally presented in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining brand visibility, product freshness, and customer satisfaction across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will manage assigned routes, traveling to multiple store locations to execute key merchandising tasks. Your day-to-day activities involve stocking shelves, filling coolers, building engaging displays, and organizing backroom inventory to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and compliant with company standards. You will work directly with store managers to monitor inventory levels, rotate products to guarantee freshness, and maintain the high visual standards that define the Coca-Cola brand.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities, including overtime pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.
