Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to represent the brand in retail environments, ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently and professionally presented to consumers. This role is essential for maintaining the company's presence in grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box stores, and big box retail locations, where merchandisers act as the visible link between the brand and the customer.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will manage assigned routes, traveling to multiple store locations to maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked. You will work directly with store managers to coordinate logistics, ensuring that product availability meets customer demand while adhering to strict company merchandising standards.

Your day-to-day activities involve unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that capture shopper attention. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, organizing backroom inventory, and tracking inventory levels and communicating regularly with store managers to address any stock issues. This position requires working independently while following company safety procedures and route schedules.
