Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of the brand in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining the visibility, freshness, and availability of Coca-Cola beverage products across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24, with opportunities for overtime, mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will work independently to manage assigned routes, traveling to multiple store locations to ensure Coca-Cola products are displayed according to strict company merchandising standards. Your day-to-day activities involve unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, building promotional displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also be responsible for organizing backroom inventory and tracking stock levels.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work directly with store managers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that shelves and displays remain fully stocked. By communicating effectively with store leadership and adhering to company safety procedures and route schedules, you help drive sales volume and enhance the customer shopping experience.
