Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the visible face of the brand in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining the presence and appeal of Coca-Cola beverage products across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations. The position exists to ensure that products are always available, fresh, and presented according to high company merchandising standards, directly supporting sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will manage assigned routes, traveling to multiple store locations to execute daily merchandising tasks. Your day-to-day involves stocking shelves, filling coolers, and organizing coolers, and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness and maintaining optimal inventory levels in both the front-of-store and backroom areas. Collaboration with store managers is key, as you will communicate regularly to address inventory needs and ensure shelves remain fully stocked. This role requires working independently while adhering to strict company safety procedures and route schedules.
