Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the vital link between the brand and consumers, ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently and professionally presented in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining brand visibility and customer satisfaction across grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and large-format big box locations.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will manage assigned routes, traveling to multiple store locations to uphold Coca-Cola’s high merchandising standards. Your day-to-day involves unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that capture shopper attention. You will also be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, organizing backroom inventory, and tracking inventory levels and communicating regularly with store managers to maintain optimal product availability.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses depending on location and route.
