Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the face of the brand in retail environments, ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently and professionally presented to consumers. This role is essential for maintaining brand visibility and customer satisfaction across a variety of retail settings, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box stores.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will operate independently on an assigned route, traveling to multiple store locations to uphold the highest standards of product presentation. Your primary focus will be on the physical upkeep and strategic placement of Coca-Cola products. You will work closely with store managers to coordinate inventory levels, ensuring that shelves and displays remain fully stocked and appealing to shoppers.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product merchandising within the store. This includes unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, and building promotional displays that capture customer attention. You will also manage backroom inventory, rotate product to ensure freshness, and compliance with first-in-first-out standards, and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts. Effective communication with store management is key to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
