Coca-Cola Sales Merchandiser

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Sales Merchandisers to serve as the vital link between the brand and consumers, ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are prominently and professionally presented in retail environments. This role is essential for maintaining brand visibility and customer satisfaction across a variety of store types, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box locations.

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will operate independently on an assigned route, traveling to multiple store locations to execute daily merchandising tasks. Your day-to-day involves working closely with store managers to monitor inventory levels, ensuring that shelves and coolers are fully stocked and visually appealing. You will be responsible for unloading product from delivery trucks, stocking shelves and coolers, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. Additionally, you will organize backroom inventory and track stock levels to maintain optimal availability.

Success in this role requires strict adherence to company safety procedures and route schedules while maintaining professional communication with store management. You will ensure that all Coca-Cola products are displayed according to strict company merchandising standards, reflecting the high quality and professionalism associated with the Coca-Cola brand.
