About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated to maintaining high standards of product availability and presentation across retail environments. As a Sales Merchandiser, you play a vital role in ensuring that Coca-Cola beverage products are fresh, accessible, and prominently displayed for customers. This position involves working independently to manage inventory and merchandising standards across multiple store locations, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and big box retailers, and big box stores.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing for your assigned route, which may involve unloading product from delivery trucks. You will travel to various retail locations to execute key merchandising tasks. This includes stocking shelves, filling coolers, and organizing coolers, and building promotional displays that adhere to company guidelines. A critical part of the role is rotating product to ensure freshness and maintaining optimal inventory levels in both the front-of-store and backroom areas.

Throughout the day, you will interact with store managers and staff to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any issues regarding product placement or availability. You are expected to follow company safety procedures and adhere to route schedules while working autonomously. The role requires physical activity, including lifting and moving product, and the ability to navigate multiple store environments efficiently.
