About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce new baby essentials, and help prepare families for the first day of school and all the big and little moments in their parenting journey. This role is designed for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes the skills and talents of their team, and continually educates themselves and others on product styles, features, and benefits. You will become a product and brand expert, helping families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14 while maintaining a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
