Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store while assisting with the flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. A key part of your role is assisting customers with locating items and finding products. Additionally, you will operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. You will also help with store recovery and cleaning, if applicable, organize seasonal merchandise.
