About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, energetic retail setting where organization, teamwork, and customer service are key to success.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store. Your day-to-day activities will include stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also help keep the store clean and organized throughout your shift, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
