Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and setting up attractive displays. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to assisting customers with locating items and finding products, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will operate cash registers when needed and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. You will also assist with seasonal merchandise changes and store recovery efforts.
