About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to assisting customers with their shopping needs.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep our store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining store displays, and ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and organized. You will also assist customers in locating items, operate cash registers when needed, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, and participate in store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
