About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, clean, and ready for shoppers.

What You Will Do

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our stores running smoothly. Your day-to-day activities will include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and organizing seasonal merchandise to highlight current promotions.

Customer service is a core component of this role. You will assist customers with locating items and answer questions to ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you may be required to operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is vital, so you will assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
