About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is displayed attractively, and the store remains clean and safe for both employees and shoppers.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are exactly alike. Your day may involve unloading delivery trucks, organizing seasonal merchandise, and setting up displays to highlight current promotions. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone.
