About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining an inviting and well-stocked store environment for our customers. You will assist with daily store operations, ensuring that merchandise is organized, displayed effectively, and readily available for shoppers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, operating cash registers when needed and supporting store recovery efforts as required.
