About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring merchandise is available, displayed attractively, and ready for purchase.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure everything is in its proper place. You will also set up displays and assist customers with locating items, providing a positive shopping experience.

Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a core part of the role. You will assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. Additionally, you may operate cash registers when needed, contributing to the efficient operation of the store.
