Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of essential tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and well-organized. A key part of your role is providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in locating items and addressing their needs.

You will also operate cash registers when needed, assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment. Throughout the day, you will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines, adhere to safety standards, and work collaboratively with your team to support daily store operations.
