Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced retail environment, contributing to the daily success of the store through diligent attention to detail and customer service.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of essential tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Your work ensures that shelves are stocked, seasonal merchandise is organized, and the store adheres to safety and recovery standards.
