About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, energetic retail setting where organization, safety, and customer service are top priorities.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of essential tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. You will assist customers in locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will help with store recovery and cleaning, if applicable, organize seasonal merchandise. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
