About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store. This includes stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will help keep the store clean, organized, and safe by following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
