Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. As a key member of the store team, you will support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the location.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be an active presence on the sales floor, helping to keep the store running smoothly. Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to maintain store standards and assist shoppers. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and ensuring that products are easily accessible for customers. Additionally, you will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards will be a consistent priority throughout your shift.
