Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment while adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment. Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You will set up displays to attract customers and assist them in locating items. When needed, you will operate cash registers and help with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
