Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This position is designed for individuals looking to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment, where organization, customer service, and teamwork are essential. No prior experience is required, as we provide the training necessary to succeed in this role.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. Your day will involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are readily available for customers. You will also be responsible for setting up displays, assisting customers with locating items, and operating cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will help keep the store clean, organized, and safe by following company procedures and safety guidelines.
