Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring merchandise is available, properly displayed, and ready for purchase.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure everything is in its proper place. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift is a core part of the role, including setting up displays and assisting with store recovery and cleaning.
