About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment, ensuring shelves are stocked, and providing assistance to customers throughout the store.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day functioning of the store. Your responsibilities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and helping customers locate items. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a priority, as you will be involved in store recovery and cleaning tasks throughout your shift.
