About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring shelves are fully stocked, merchandise is properly displayed, and the store operates smoothly on a daily basis.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of essential tasks that keep the store running efficiently. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. This includes unloading deliveries, setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Employees must follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
