About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment while adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organize shelves, and support daily store operations. This includes unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, helping to keep shelves stocked and organizing seasonal merchandise. You will also assist with store recovery and cleaning, cleaning, and maintaining store organization and safety standards. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
