About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and inviting for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. This includes unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a key part of your shift, including store recovery and cleaning throughout the day and night.
