Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is organized, and the store remains clean and safe for both employees and shoppers.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and then proceed to organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor. Setting up displays and organizing seasonal items will be key parts of your routine. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.
