About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our shelves are stocked, merchandise is displayed attractively, and the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.
What You Will Do
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running efficiently. Your day-to-day activities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items, operate cash registers when needed, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout your shift. You will help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning.
