About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring that merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively, and readily available for shoppers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to organizing seasonal merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.

Customer interaction is a key component of the role. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout the day, you will help with store recovery and cleaning, ensure that all areas of the store meet safety and organization standards. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation
