About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to assisting customers with locating items.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You will set up displays, assist customers, and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
