Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enter the retail industry or gain experience in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, as we provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment. Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including unloading delivery trucks, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and helping customers locate items.

In addition to stocking and customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. This includes recovering the sales floor and adhering to company safety guidelines. When needed, you may also operate cash registers to process transactions.
