About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, energetic retail setting where teamwork and attention to detail are key to success.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store. This includes unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and stocking shelves to ensure products are available for customers. You will also assist with setting up displays and organizing seasonal merchandise to keep the store fresh and engaging.
Customer service is a core part of this position. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
