Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal and efficiency of the store. Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and managing seasonal merchandise to keep the store fresh and engaging.

Customer interaction is a central part of this position. You will assist shoppers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed, ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for store recovery and cleaning, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization to create a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and colleagues.
