About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store while assisting with various operational tasks.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment. Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization, assist customers with locating items, and operate cash registers when needed. You will also be responsible for organizing seasonal merchandise and assisting with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
