Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is organized, and the store meets safety and cleanliness standards.

What You Will Do

You will assist with a variety of tasks essential to keeping the store running smoothly. This includes unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift is a core part of the role, ensuring that seasonal merchandise is properly displayed and that the sales floor remains recovery-ready.
