About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our shelves are stocked, merchandise is displayed attractively, and the store runs smoothly.
Day in the Life
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running efficiently. Your day may include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure everything is in its proper place. You will also assist customers with locating items, operate cash registers when needed, and help set up displays to highlight seasonal products.
Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a core part of the role. You will assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, ensuring that safety standards are met and that the shopping experience remains pleasant for everyone. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working collaboratively with your team.
