About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, energetic retail setting where organization, safety, and customer service are top priorities.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of essential tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized. You will also assist customers in locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
