About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining an inviting and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and clean, contributing to the overall success of the location.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. This includes unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays to highlight seasonal items and promotions. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout the shift is a key part of the role, including store recovery and cleaning tasks.
